I start my career by working in a group home back in Saskatchewan in 2005 where I got to work with the mentally disabled in 2007 I moved back here to Invermere and took my resident care-aid/support worker course back in 2008 at the College of the Rockies. When I was living in Suri I worked with another nonprofit organization working with the mentally disabled in 2011 I moved back to Invermere so I can be closer to family this is where I worked with Interior Health As a home support worker I have also got long-term care experience as well I am now adventuring off on my own and I’m excited to wear my new path believe me.
